Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Datso websites, customer accounts, subscriptions, downloads, licenses, updates, documentation and support services. They apply to the current Datso domain and will continue to apply after migration to datso.pro.
1. Scope
Datso provides Joomla extensions and related digital services, including product downloads, software updates, license management, subscription billing, documentation and support tickets. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a plan or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Customer account
Access to downloads, licenses and support requires a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it up to date.
3. Products and plans
Datso products may be sold separately or as part of Datso Suite. Each plan may define license limits, supported websites, access to updates, download availability, support rights, renewal pricing and subscription duration. The plan details shown at checkout prevail for the purchased subscription.
4. Payments and billing
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Datso operates as a French Entrepreneur individuel under the VAT exemption regime where applicable. No VAT is charged on invoices issued under this regime, with the invoice mention: TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI. Payments are processed by external payment providers such as Stripe. Datso does not store full card numbers. Depending on the selected plan, a first payment may include an activation fee, the first subscription period and applicable non-tax fees.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered through the customer account after successful payment and account activation. Delivery is considered complete when the purchased downloads, license access or subscription entitlements are made available in the account.
6. Subscription access
An active subscription gives access to eligible downloads, updates and support for the products included in the plan. If a subscription expires or is cancelled, already installed versions may continue to work, but new downloads, updates and support require an active subscription.
7. Support
Support is provided through the customer account for active subscriptions. Support covers Datso product usage, installation and product-related issues. It does not include custom development, third-party extension debugging, hosting administration, Joomla core maintenance or recovery of modified code unless Datso explicitly agrees otherwise.
8. Acceptable use
You must not abuse the website, customer account, download system, update servers, license validation, support system or any Datso infrastructure. You must not share account access, publish private download links, bypass license restrictions or use Datso services for unlawful activity.
9. Product changes
Datso may improve, rename, reorganize, replace or discontinue products, packages, modules, plugins, documentation pages or services. Such changes do not remove your access to valid subscription entitlements for the products included in your active plan.
10. Liability
Datso products are provided for Joomla websites and must be tested by the customer before use on production systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datso is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, third-party service failure or issues caused by modified code, incompatible extensions, hosting limitations or outdated Joomla installations.
11. Changes to these Terms
Datso may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The version published on the Datso website is the applicable version for new purchases and continued use of the services.
