Datso Stack Introduction
The Datso stack is a group of Joomla extensions built around media publishing, commerce, customer access, documentation, and future mailing workflows. The extensions are separate products, but they are expected to share operational standards: stable aliases, protected storage, clear customer-facing language, predictable administrator workflows, and template-consistent frontend output.
Use this documentation as the first reference before configuring individual products. It explains what must be true at the site level before product-specific setup can be trusted.
Installed product areas
- DatsoGallery publishes galleries, categories, images, members, comments, reports, tags, uploads, favorites, and related gallery pages.
- DatsoShop handles commerce records such as products, categories, options, discounts, downloads, orders, shipping, taxes, transactions, accounts, and wishlists.
- DatsoHub handles customer plans, products, subscriptions, payments, licenses, protected downloads, tickets, API, webhooks, mail, and push notification workflows.
- DatsoDocs stores this documentation in a dedicated documentation component instead of Joomla articles.
- DatsoMailing is planned but is not installed in this codebase yet.
