Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Datso digital products, subscriptions, licenses, downloads, updates and support services.
1. Digital delivery
Datso products are digital goods delivered through a customer account. Once a product is made available for download or a license entitlement is activated, delivery has started.
2. Refund eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed when a technical issue prevents use of the product and Datso cannot provide a reasonable fix or workaround after support investigation. Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind, wrong product choice, incompatible third-party extensions, unsupported hosting, custom modifications or failure to read product requirements.
3. Non-refundable cases
Activation fees, completed digital delivery, used subscriptions, downloaded packages, renewed access, custom work and services already provided may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel future subscription renewal where recurring billing is enabled. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments or extend access beyond the paid period.
5. Expired subscriptions
When a subscription expires, previously installed versions may continue to work, but downloads, updates and support require an active subscription. Renewal pricing and discounts may be displayed in the customer account when applicable.
