Operations Checklist

Use this checklist after installing, updating, or changing major configuration.

Global checks

• Clear Joomla cache and browser cache.
• Open public menu items in every enabled site language.
• Check PHP error logs after loading administrator and frontend pages.
• Confirm that form submissions include valid CSRF tokens.
• Verify upload limits and protected storage permissions.

Customer-facing checks

• Log in as a normal customer account.
• Open account, subscriptions, licenses, downloads, and tickets.
• Run a test payment in test mode before enabling live checkout.
• Confirm that emails are sent and readable.
